Wing Chun Kuen Do
Wing Chun Kuen Do is the crash training of Wing Chun. Learning the Wing Chun techniques, within a short period of time. It is a great option for those who are not able to spend a lot of time in practicing Wing Chun in a traditional way. The World Wing Chun Association was established in 2005 and was founded by Master Sam Lau. Back in 2005, he teamed up with Yip Man Martial Art Association to participate the first and second international traditional martial arts competitions in Zhengzhou, Hebei(Shiyan), Wudang Mountain and etc. in 2004 and 2006. The team was highly praised and refreshing, spreading the name of Yip Man throughout mainland. It was the only group from Hong Kong and abroad that participated in these competitions.

Wing Chun Kuen Do is based on the traditional Wing Chun. Divided into the beginner, intermediate, and advanced examinations which motivate the students. They can complete the standard courses in a very short time, receive practical and effective results. During the training, there must be oppressive exercises to cultivate a spirit of perseverance. The content of the training includes Yung Shi Kuen, Siu Nim Tau, Chum Kiu, Biu Ji and all the basic movements in Wing Chun, offensive and defensive. Training in punching, fingers, kicking, Mai San Jong and etc.
Students who wish to deepen their knowledge of Wing Chun can continue to participate in the traditional Wing Chun course.
Traditional Wing Chun covers all the above content, and in addition, wooden dummy, weapons, Chi Sau and etc. Chi Sau is the most important part in Wing Chun, there is no ending in training.
For locals or overseas Wing Chun lovers, regardless of the lineage followed, are able to join. Those who pass the training and examination can be awarded with certification.
